What your conference gets
Structured abstract submission
Authors write in sections or upload a DOCX or PDF, add co-authors with affiliations and ORCID iDs, and declare funding and conflicts. Your word limit and deadline (end of day, India time) are checked on submission.
Confidential peer review
Invite reviewers by email with a due date. Reviewers declare no conflict of interest before they see the abstract, score five criteria and write separate comments for authors and for you. Single-blind or double-blind.
Decisions authors understand
Accept as oral or poster, decline, or withdraw with a reason. Authors are notified and see your note and the reviewers' comments for them, never reviewer names, scores or confidential notes.
A print-ready abstract book
Build the book from accepted abstracts with codes (O-01, P-01), contents, numbered affiliations and an author index. Readiness checks catch gaps before you approve. Export PDF, editable DOCX and a CSV author list.
Full papers and participants
Invite full papers for proceedings from authors of accepted abstracts, reviewed the same way. Members can join an opt-in participant list that only participants and you can see.
Integrity built in
- Every submitted version is frozen and fingerprinted (SHA-256); later changes make a new version.
- Uploaded originals are kept unchanged.
- Decisions, reviews and every book export are recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail.
- Scientific text is printed exactly as submitted: 38 °C, Na⁺/K⁺ and p < 0.05 stay as written.
Confidentiality and rights
- Reviewer identities and confidential comments never reach authors or the abstract book.
- Manuscripts and reviews are never sent to AI services.
- Authors keep their copyright and grant a non-exclusive licence to publish.
- SHODHX does not assign a DOI or ISBN unless a registration agreement is in place.
How to start
Step 1
Create a free SHODHX account
Use your official institutional email and confirm it.
Step 2
Request the organiser role
From the organiser console, or choose "Conference organiser" when you sign up.
Step 3
Verification
A SHODHX administrator checks your official email domain and an authorisation letter from your institution. Verification confirms who runs the event, not its scientific quality.
Step 4
Publish and open abstracts
Create the conference, add co-organisers, set the deadline, word limit and review mode, then publish it.

Not included yet
Registration and payments stay with you: add your own registration link to the conference page. Building a full proceedings book from accepted papers, and DOI registration, will come later.
